With over a decade of experience in the retail industry, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that spans multiple sectors, including fashion, banking, and electronics. My journey began at Monte Carlo Fashions, where I was hired as an Area Executive. Over the course of five years, I demonstrated significant leadership qualities and a strong ability to drive sales, which led to my promotion to Area Manager. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing the retail business across the northern territories of India, where I honed my skills in team management, customer relations, and market analysis.
Following my tenure at Monte Carlo Fashions, I transitioned to the banking sector, where I had the opportunity to work with TD Bank and American Express Canada. In sales and customer service roles, I developed a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences, enhancing my ability to build rapport and loyalty among clients. My experiences at these institutions provided me with insights into financial products and servicing that complemented my retail expertise, allowing me to offer a well-rounded approach to client interactions.
Currently, I am engaged with CIBC in the derivatives vertical, where I apply my extensive background to navigate the complexities of financial instruments. This position allows me to leverage my previous experiences while continuing to expand my knowledge in a fast-paced and evolving sector.
